After all, has been said,
The misinterpretation of this
Period continues to spread,
Just like the yeast for bread.

The society still bask in
The euphoria of misconception.
Thus, there is a need for new inspiration.

Valentine.
A period to share love, and not lust.
On this day, I declare my desire.

Dear Val,
I strongly understand the essence of today,
I promise to stay strong with much empathy,
And not to bring immortality into play.

So I ask,
That you pray for me.
Pray for me to stay strong-
That strength would abound.

On this day, I choose to believe,
That you also understand
The essence of this period.

Stay strong and pure for us,
Cos, it’s the will of God.

I’ll keep praying for you.
