MATTERS of the HEART

LIKE MARY

 Like a soaring bird,

You chirped me into love
With that sultry voice
You found my lost heart.
Like an elephant,
Your smiles leveled my rants
With your paws
My drowned heart was dragged
ashore.
Like a monkey,
You hopped on all that mocked me
You love me
And love no other.
Like a chipmunk,
You dipped me in a pitch of trust
I sunk hard without modulated
thrust
I was genuinely loved.
Like an antelope,
My smiles travelled through
Distances birds live, my soul
Was treated to puddings of Love.
Like an human,
You breathe into me a new man
You are my rib, my neck
And all that can ever matter.
