HIGH-BEEB

We live each day of our life like it’s the last we would
ever have. It’s so sorrowful to lose a close friend that’s crucial to one’s life;
a friend who has been a mentor to one while on the pitch. Why don’t we just
love one another? If only we knew how moments could be shared, we wouldn’t envy
some people who have done wrong to us.
For you never know what is going to happen next in the phase
of life. You never can tell who is going to win the next jackpot. You never can
tell when your dearest one will depart this world and see you no more on earth
until you get to the other side of life. Life isn’t about yourself alone; Life
isn’t about selfish attitudes, to enjoy life you just need to make other people
cherish how important it is too.
With the little time you knew this friend, you saw someone
who was just beginning to gain ground in its place of destiny, you saw someone
who wouldn’t compromise his future, and you saw a potential Footballer and a
great Engineer. For when we die, what do we want to be remembered for? What do
we want the world to say about us? In life, you haven’t started to achieve
anything until people begin to recognize what you do. Why don’t we just be
jovial with everyone and give freely as it so pleases our heart. This world is vanity,
it has always been, and History will continue to repeat itself.
What must have taken someone so dear to the world? We are
always baffled about how we will see someone today and the next time, we hear
that person is gone and we ask ourselves gone to where? This is too soon! It’s
true we do not value what we have until we lose it.
Every day we plan ahead for the future, we do not plan what
will happen to us in split seconds. Death is something we can’t elude. It’s
high time we began to love one another with the highest degree of likeliness.
We do not know who is next on death wish list, we all still rejoice because we
are still living and not until we face death again, we won’t know how we should
value every moment of life.Rest in Peace to the dead of which we once shared of one goal.
This piece is dedicated to everyone who has in one way or
the other lost someone due to death. I am here to encourage us that “Life goes on”and
so should we.
