MIRROR'S CORNER

A CUPID’S ARROW

In
the clouds, there you’re
Fresh beyond the early morning dew
Shimmering in the face of thunder
From
yonder, your presence pierce through
Like a cupid’s arrow to the heart
For upon arrival, the world emanates
Awesome,
regardless of weather’s wonder
A cozy abode is your glittering eyes
Flashes of unstoppable specters of hope
Immune
to all life’s variation
Composed of all sensations
A belle of utmost temptations
All
figures deteriorate except for 8
The number which by all means depict you
In and out through natures’ bosom
Piles
of imperfect perfections
Dame of every human relations
A lady of significant affections
In
days of tear and pain
Through weeks of thunder and rain
Firm she stands with season’s gain
Adieu
to two turtle doves
Greetings to the mother of love
Tis’ an honour to be beguiled
