The Hebrew word for “success” in the book of Joshua 1:8 is the word “sakal” which means “to prosper, have success, prudent, to have insight and act wisely”. The original intent of God for man is to prosper and have success in whatever we do. Failure is not a kingdom ally and a language. In the stated scripture reference above, we are informed that to be successful, one must obey a set of rules and instructions. In this book, I will look at success from the Christian and biblical point of view. I will spell success letter by letter. To be successful is not sinful, but the means through which you succeed makes it sinful and wrong. True and real success is from God.
