EDIFYING

DON’T JUDGE ME

You say I’m not walking in the
light
That I am not living right
That I am a mixture of all the
trendies
Well I know, how about I say some
thank you!
You make your assumptions about me
You say you’re right but it’s not
real
This is not being difficult
Trust me, I’m being blunt.

You see me and think all is well
You don’t know your thought means
hell
I wish you can put yourself inside
my shoe
It’s obvious you don’t know what I
go through.
I wonder why you judge me
I am an enantiomer of what you
think of me
Even if I’m not, you aren’t my
judge
You have another duty at the edge.
I know well, don’t tell me
Don’t remind me of my past
I am fighting to be free
Live your life so you can last.
The only one I’m trying to please
is His Highness
And even when I fall, He
understands
He’s there to pick me up and
say
“Honey, that’s not the
way”.
